The LM2 Investment Group was founded by three investors with over 30 years of mortgage and real estate experience.
We offer hard money, private loan funding for up to 2 years.
We know not all transactions are alike and consider each transaction separately using an equity-based foundation.
With the tightening of mortgage guidelines nationwide, we fill a need in the market and have a thorough knowledge of the current real estate market.

Mike Corgiat
Mike Corgiat, director, and founding member, also serves as the individual responsible for LM2 Investment Group.

Mike began his career in the mortgage and finance industry after graduating from Northern Illinois University in 1993.
He has been able to round his knowledge and skills working in several areas of the industry.
Mike draws from his 30+ years of experience, having worked in mortgage servicing (specializing in loss mitigation), wholesaling to mortgage brokers for a National Lender, underwriting, and operating his own mortgage brokerage from 1998 to 2008.
Since 2009, upon founding LM2, Mike has developed long-standing relationships with owners/developers, operating members, professional firms, lending institutions, and both the real estate and financial investment community in Arizona, actively engaged in private funds.
Mike’s years of experience are utilized in the day-to-day operations and future development of LM2.
Mike Swerlyk
He is the Portfolio Manager.

Although his most critical responsibilities are property valuation and loan underwriting, much of LM2 Investment Group’s success comes from the various resources Mike Swerlyk has uncovered to find borrowers.
Mike’s background includes over ten years or real estate, mortgage, and management experience.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago Illinois.
After originating mortgage loans for Kemper Mortgage Inc. for three years in Chicago, Mike was promoted to branch manager in Arizona, he earned the Kemper Cup & President’s award as his branch led the company’s 8 branches nationwide in revenue for each year between 2004 – 2008.
In December 2008 he formed Nationwide Properties Group, LLC (NPG). NPG provides short term funding to investors purchasing non-owner-occupied homes in Arizona.
The instant success and profits realized for NPG, prompted Mike to partner up and form the LM2 Investment Group.
